offer

Our offer is subject to change, the contract gets concluded with our confirmation of order.

price

For the pricing applies the price list in euros, which is valid on the day of delivery, plus delivery and packaging costs as well as the applicable value added tax.

Unless otherwise agreed, supplementary orders or separate services, which are not included in our price list, will be charged at reasonable prices.

articles sent on approval

Articles sent on approval are a service we provide for private clients only. We cannot offer this service to retailers. 


According to availability, we send a maximum of 4 mouthpieces and 5 synthetic reeds per delivery note. Custom-made products, such as a copy of a facing or mouthpieces with titanium rings, cannot be ordered on approval.

The delivered goods can be kept on approval for a maximum of 14 days counting from the day the material arrives. Deviations are only possible after previous agreement. The client is responsible for the articles sent on approval from the day of the receipt until the safe return to our company.


The huge worldwide demand for this service may cause longer waiting times. We ask for your understanding and patience!

Payment upon receipt of invoice. The recipient bears the cost of returning the goods. The prices for express delivery are higher.  



Important for deliveries to non-EU member states


In order to carry out deliveries to non-EU member states it is necessary that we receive a  letter of agreement from our clients. Please download the file and return the signed document.


Processing of articles sent on approval


Confirm the receipt of the package. Please check the articles for possible damage occured during transport and notify us immediately if you find any. Subsequent complaints cannot be considered.

Once you have decided to purchase our products you can keep the selected items and send back the rest in due course. Please give us the tracking number of the package. 

We check all the material after arrival. Damaged goods will be charged without exception. Furthermore we reserve the right to charge a service fee of €30,00 for articles sent on approval that are returned in poor condition (e.g. heavily soiled). If the returned items do not arrive within three weeks they will be charged. 



Payment


We don't accept credit cards! You can either pay by

- Bank transfer or
- Paypal (please note that there is a fee depending on the invoice total and the respective country)
 

If you make a bank transfer don't forget to state the invoice number.  


Please note that PLAYNICK has to receive the exact invoice total in euros (as noted on the invoice), any bank charges have to be paid by the customer. If the amount invoiced is not transferred including all bank expenses, the remittance cannot be accepted!

delivery and packaging costs

Due to the lack of an explicitly opposite agreement, the customer bears the costs and risks of transport for all deliveries. The agreed delivery and packaging costs are to be found on the respective delivery note/invoice.

delivery

A marginal exceeding of delivery times, e.g. due to force majeur, has to be accepted by the customer/retailer without the right to claim compensation or the right of withdrawal. Due to the exceeding of delivery times one can not assert rights to claim compensation or withdraw from the contract.

Any complaints concerning the delivered goods have to be claimed in written form within seven days of receipt. Later reclamations can not be considered. In the case of the return of goods without our approval, we reserve the right to insist on the original contract of sale.

Marginal, objectively justified changes to our contractual obligation, because of technical or qualitative reasons, have to be tolerated by the customer.

payment terms

Our terms of payment are to be found on the respective invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, the payment of the invoice is due within 14 days after receipt of the goods/invoice, without any deduction. Please note that PLAYNICK has to receive the exact invoice total in euros (as noted on the invoice), any bank charges have to be paid by the customer. If the amount invoiced isn't transferred including all bank expenses, the remittance can't be accepted.

Even if the delay of payment is no fault of the customer, we have the right to charge default interest to the amount of 10 percent above the annual base interest rate. In this way, compensation claims for proven higher interest rates are not affected.

service fee

We reserve the right to charge a service fee of EUR 30,- for articles sent on approval that are returned in poor condition (e.g. heavily soiled).

Articles sent on approval which are returned damaged, have to be paid by the customer entirely and without any exceptions.

reservation of title

The goods remain our property until the products have been paid for. The assertion of the reservation of title only includes a withdrawal from the contract if this is explicitly stated.

place of performance

The court according to the location of our company is locally responsible for ruling on all disputes arising from our contracts.
